Heavy load scene cooling breakthrough
In view of the heat island effect above 60℃ in the chip room, 150mm thick galvanized cooling pad is used, the evaporation efficiency is 92%, and the negative pressure fan can cool the local high temperature area by 15℃ within 5 minutes. The modular design of Baimu supports the joint control of water curtain and air conditioning, and the temperature fluctuation is ≤±1℃.
Water recycling system innovation
A three-stage filter (accuracy up to 5μm) prevents mine dust from clogging the pores and extends the maintenance cycle to 3 months/time. The intelligent water level controller achieves ±2mm precision control, and the water saving rate is increased by 40% compared with the traditional equipment.
